A Day in the Country-JustRite Challenge 42 Two Looks
This week's JustRite Friday Challenge #042 is a sketch, sponsored by Inchie Arts. A Day in the Country is JustRite's new Cling set. I thought this would be perfect as a fall card or perhaps that masculine birthday you need at times. The new cling stamp just perfect. Copic markers (to many to name) were used for the color. I used the Spellbinder squares for my main cuts. I decided to use the leaves from the set to make a border, mounted on brown by Bazzill and green by Paper Cuts. The stripe is from Imaginisce: Dino-roar-Petrified Wood. I added a little bling from AMuse to the main image. Distress Ink Antique Linen was used in this project as well. Not being happy with my leaf version of this card I also did it with a plain border. I do hope you enjoy my very simple cards.

Groovy Snow Person
I really like this set of stamps from JustRite as you can see. I plan to use it for several of my holiday cards. This one was made with a little challenge from a friend to incorporate a doily into the card. I did this by painting glitter glue on it which is hard to see in this picture. The paper is from Graphic 45, the coloring is Copic of course and Spellbinders for the cuts. I think the ribbon is by May Arts. Hope you enjoy

Autumn Colors
JustRite Friday Challenge 040: Colors of Fall, Sponsored by Flower Soft! The JustRite challenge this week is to use fall colors. Well I used burgandy, orange and gold to create this card. Using a Spellbinder 15 die I cut Bazzill gold and then stamped the sentiment from Natures Nested Sentiments with Memento Rich Cocoa. The edges of this were distressed with Aged Mahogany. Next I cut Bazzill gold and burgandy with a Spellbinder 16 die to make the framing. This was mounted on paper from Graphic 45 and mounted on burgandy card stock. The ribbon was white from May Arts and colored using Distress Inks: Aged Mahogany, Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge and Peeled Paint randomly. The inside(posted to the above right) was stamped on gold with another sentiment from the Natures Nested Sentiments. This was cut with a Spellbinder oval and mounted on orange cut with a Spellbinder oval scallop. The corn is from Autumn Harvest and colored with Copic markers R29, R89, E07, E08, Y08, Y38, YR04, YR18 and distressed with aged mahogany. Hope you enjoy.

The paper is from Graphic 45 "Carol of the Bells". The ribbon is from May Arts. Merry Christmas was stamped and then cut with a Spellbinder tag. The green paper is from Bazzill. Distress Ink "Antique Linen" was used on both the image and the sentiment. Hope you enjoy.

Give Thanks
This week's JustRite Friday Challenge #039 is all about giving thanks and challenges you to make a Thanksgiving or thank you card or project! I decided to make a simple Thank You card. You always need these in your stash. I used two sets from JustRite to complete the card: Favorite Occasions Set and Baroque Nested Frames and Occasions. I used both sides of the Imaginisce paper Go for Baroque. A small piece was embossed with the Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy and then cut with Spellbinders Labels 15 to frame my image and sentiment. Distress Ink Antique Linen was added as well. The flower is from Bazzill and the tack from K& C Company. Copic Markers were used to color my image. Hope you enjoy

Be Jolly
Be Jolly is a stamp set from Our Craft Lounge and was used for this simple card. I made this card for my LSS Fond Memories at the Creamery. (check their blog out at http://fondmemoriesatthecreamery.blogspot.com) Copic markers were used for the coloring followed by OCL Sparkly Fluff to give the impression of snow. Bazzill card stock was used along with "Merry Christmas" paper from My Minds Eye. A new Spellbinder mitten was used for the "Believe in magic". A Martha Stewart punch "Modern Garland" finished off the card. Hope you enjoy.
