Simon Says Stamps "Season of Joy" Kit

This card was made using the Simon Says stamps "Season of Joy" kit and cased from Nichol Spohr. Hope you enjoy!

No Stamping or Very Little Die cutting

 

The paper and image are from the Simon Says Stamps December 2021 Kit of the month.  The snow hill was cut with a die from the Gina K Designs master layouts 6.  Stickles was added for a little sparkle.  Hope you enjoy!

A Little Winter Whimsy

 

This card was made using the Gina K Designs kit "Winter Whimsy".  The houses were masked using clear embossing and then stamping the trees.  The gold in the sky was made using pixie spray and gold foil rubbed on and then pulled off.  The non-heat embossing on the bottom was done using a hot foil plate from PinkFresh Studios.  Hope you enjoy!

Cut for One Get Two

 

The Gina K Designs "Peace, Love Joy" plate was used tp cut the green glitter and from white card stock.  The card being created was the white with the glitter words.  A Sizzix poinsettia was added for a little touch of red.  The left over pieces were used to create the second card.  Hope you enjoy!

Pink Fresh Washi

 

I am taking a virtual workshop from PinkFresh Studio this weekend and this was one of the cards designed by Heather Hoffman using washi tape "In the Meadow".  This is a product that will be available to purchase at a later date.  The card is a mini slimline.  Hope you enjoy!

Sending snowflake wishes

 The Hero Arts Color Layering snowflake bundle was used for this.  Silver embossing powder and Distress Inks helped complete the card.  Hope you enjoy!

This was a quick sympathy card that was needed this past week.  The paper was cut with Gina K Designs master layout 3.  The card was created using a PinkFresh Studio layering stencil "Thrill of hope"  in fall colors.  The sentiment is from an older Taylored Expressions set.  The background stencil is a Gina K Designs funky flouish.  Hope you enjoy

Fall leaves

 

A simple card inspired by a Gina K 5 minutes video (link to watch on YouTube:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4Kfsb_qZeo&t=9s   ).  All stamps and inks are the same as what Gina K used.  I used a little more water resulting in a little different look.   Hope you enjoy!

Special Thank You

 

I had someone ask if I could make a Thank You for someone that had served our country.  Of course I do not have a stamp for the "For your Service" so I used my word program on my computer.  This is a simple card using a star die and wink of stella on the stars, a thank you die, red, white and blue paper.  Hope you enjoy!

Altenew Seasonal Blooms

 

 

A card made using the Seasonal Blooms stamp set and embossing folder by Altenew.  The card was stamped, colored then ran through the embossing folder.  This was made for their first ever virtual retreat.  Hope you enjoy!

Not a Card

 I have been taking an Altenew Craft your life Virtual Retreat today.  A bonus project was using a wood block.  The Seasoal Blooms stamp set was used for this project.  A stencil goes with the stamp set that made coloring pretty simple. I put two coats of gesso on the wood.  After stamping you need to heat set then put the color ink on and heat set again. Hope you enjoy!

The image was stamped on white and then colored using Prismacolor color pencils and gamsol.  White paint was used to add snow.  This was cut to be a mini slim line card.  Hope you enjoy!

Angie Blom Digital Dahlia

 

An Angie Blom Digital stamp printed on a laser printer and colored with copic markers.  Grit paste and gems were added to finish it off.  Gina K master layout used to cut the card.  Hope you enjoy

A card very similar to one post a couple of week ago.  The difference is the card is mounted on a gold background and the sentiment is placed in the upper left corner.  Gems were also added to this card.  The stamp is a Simon Says kit of the month from a few years ago.  Hope you enjoy!

Gina K Stencil

 This card was made with the Gina K Designs hello stencil kit.  The background is a woodgrain made using the Score Buddy and scoring at 1/2 inch followed by dragging an ink pad  over the paper.  Hope you enjoy!

Taylored Expression Boxed In Basics: Grad

This card was made with Taylored Expressions Field Notes 2.  Watercolor was used on the flower.  Hope you enjoy!

Stamping foam

This card was made with an embossing folder and Simon Hurley stamping foam.  You heat the foam with a heat gun for a few seconds and then press it into the embossing folder.  You can then ink the foam stamp and the result can be seen in these pictures.  Hope you enjoy

This cute little girl is Daydream from Penny Black. She was colored using Copic Markers. The paper is from Three Bugs in a Rug. The sentiment is from Stampavie. I used Spellbinders for the circles. Two of my favorite tools are my Copic Markers and my Spellbinders.
