Enjoy the journey

Another card from the Taylored Expressions weekend.  This one was a workshop taught by Wanda Guess, designer for TE on Friday night.  We had to do a little fussy cutting for the part on the plane.  Fun card to make using all Taylored Expressions products.  Hope you enjoy

Shade Tree

Sharing a card that I made at the Stamp Joy event this weekend by Taylored Expressions in Ankeny Iowa.  This was part of their make and take event.  The card is made with the Shade Tree Cutting Plate and birds I believe from the Birds and Branch set.  What a fast card to make and all designed by Taylored Expressions design team.  For this picture I left the frame piece on that outlines the card.  This is a piece that could be used on another card.  Hope you enjoy.

I am taking an online Copic Coloring class to learn new techniques.  The image is a digital from Saturated Canary and was used by Kristina Werner for the class.  This is all one layer. The young lady is colored and then the faux grey strip behind is added.  I did not have a greeting handy so I used a Multiliner pen to add my own.  This is image was to practice skin and hair coloring as well.

Copic used:  Hair N4,6,8 and B41.  Skin:  R20, E 00, 11, 50  Broom:  E35, 37, 11.  Eyes: YG 17, Greeting Banner:  W O, 1, 3, 5  Clothing:YR 15, 18, 23, 24, 27  BV:  13, 17

A Spellbinder pierced rectangle was used to cut the image.  The dots on the jacket are a white were made using a white gelly roll pen.  Hope you enjoy.
