It's your day

This cute stamp is from Stamping Bella and designed by Mo Manning.  The paper is Stella and Rose from My Mind's Eye.  The image was colored with Copic Markers and cut with a Spellbinder oval.  The sentiment from JustRite was stamped on Kraft paper and cut with the new Spellbinder Grommet Tag set.  This  was mounted on a second tag in green from the same set.  The buttons were colored with the same marker used on the shirt of this darling little girl.  Distress ink Antique Linen was used throughout the card.  The card is a 7.5 by 4 inch when completed.  A fun card to make.

Hope you enjoy.

It's your birthday

OK if you viewed my previous post you will notice this is the same Hero Arts "Leaf Cluster" stamp.  I stamped it with Memento Rich Cocoa on a tag that was distressed with Antique Linen.  I mounted this on a solid stamped with Heartfelt Creations "Large elegant word background".  I mounted on a kraft paper that the edges were also distressed.  The sentiment tag was stamped with Hero Arts "birthday" and cut to resemble a banner.  I mounted it with foam tape and tried to make it look like it is flowing in the wind.  Fairly simple to make.  Hope you enjoy.

Thinking of You

I needed to get something posted so decided to put this simple card on.  Stamps used are from Hero Arts:  Leaf cluster and Everyday greeting.  I embossed the image and then used Distress Ink:  Peeled Paint to color my paper, stamped the sentiment and added an orange ribbon.  I mounted this on dark green and to white.  The card is done--sooooo simple.  Hope you enjoy.

Enjoy Your Day

This card was made for the color challenge at JustRite Friday Challenge 055
You are to use a light-medium blue, Ivory, Kraft/Tan.  The copic marker colors given were B01 Mint Blue, E41 Pearl White and E43 Dull Ivory.  I have to say I only have one of the one of three Copic colors so I selected to only color the small flowers on the JustRite image with B02. A chocolote gem from Amuse completes the center of the flowers.  I used Spellbinder Labels 13 for both the Kraft and Ivory papers.  I decided to emboss the Kraft label with a folder from Stamp'in Up.  The DP that I used is from Cosmo Cricket.  The brown bow (a color we could add) is from May Arts ribbon with a brad from My Mind's eye and a Pearl pin from Maya Road.  The JustRite set used for this is Heart to Heart, a set I just added to my stamp collection.  The ivory lace is from May Arts.  The edges of all the papers were distressed with Antique Linen.  Hope you enjoy

Ice Cream Man

I just learned of a new stamp company Hambo Stamps.  This cute stamp is one of their digi stamps.  The paper I purchased at Fond Memories is from Imaginisce "A shore thing--Feel the Burn".  The solid is Bazzill.  The blue was cut with the Grand Calibur scallop squares.  I used my regular ovals to cut the image.   The card is a 5 1/2 square.  The image was colored with a variety of Copic Markers and was distress with Antique Linen.  The ribbon is from May Arts and was colored with a blue copic then accented with a brade from My Mind's Eye.  Hope you enjoy.

Bye Bye Girl

This cute little girl is the Bye Bye Girl from Stamping Bella.  With the suggestion of a friend (thank you Diane) I decided to make it into a graduation card.  This is my first attempt.  The background paper is Scrapbook Customs "Graduation mini words".  The scallop (cut with the Grand Callibur) is a sparkling silver-company unknown.  The cute little girl was stamped with Memento black and colored with Copic Markers.  I did add gel pen in red and silver to add a little glimmer.  Both the sentiment and the stamped image were distressed with Antique Linen.  Hope you enjoy.

Happy Retirement

It's that time of the year and retirement cards are needed.  This is as far as I have gotten. Something pretty simple.  Using Grand  Labels 4 and my new  Grand Calibur  I cut the base and mounted paper from Graphic 45 "Once Upon a Springtime Collection".  I stamped a JustRite Fancy Label in Memento Brown and added a sentiment from Impression Obsession and added little bronze pearls from Viva Pearl Pen.  The bow is a double with a brad from CTMH added.  I also used Walnut Stain on the edges.  (edit note:  this was mounted on white card stock.  When cutting remember that the die goes above the fold so it does not cut the CS. Then just mount the card base aligning the shape.)   Hope you enjoy.

Breath of Spring

This card was made for the JustRite Friday Challenge 054.  This was a sketch challenge.   This was fun as I used my new Grand Calibur Scalloped Squares for the card base.  The card is a 5.5 x 5.5 base.  The paper used is from Cosmo Cricket "Pixie-Licious".  I used three different papers from the set to complete the card.  A strip was cut and edged with lace which was then added to the DP.  The stamped flower is from the JustRite set a Breath of Spring as I do not have any of the new flower sets and were colored with Copic Markers.  This was stamped twice and  a small portion was cut out to add a three dimensional effect.  Happy Birthday was added from the Happy Everything set from JustRite. The stamped image was mounted on a scallop rectangle cut with a Spellbinder die.   Pearls from Amuse make up the center as well as on the Butterfly which was cut with a Spellbinder die and embossed.  A clear glitter pen was used to create a little glimmer to the butterfly. I had distressed it too.  The Butterfly was mounted on yellow ribbon that  is a triple bow.  Large Hero Arts pearls are mounted on the upper right corner.
Hope you enjoy.
