Sweet and Sassy Flowers

Need a quick to stamp card.  This was created using a stamp set from Sweet & Sassy "Floral Greetings".  The white paper was cute to a 4.25 square and stamped with Versafine Black ink.  This was mounted on a dark gray top fold card base.  The sentiment was white embossed and Nuvo white was used for the gems.  A bow was added and the card was complete.  Hope you enjoy,

Ink Cube Storage

I was reading a storage forum and just had to order this to store my ink cubes in.  This is a  large 5 drawer jewelry and cosmetic storage unit.  I found mine on Amazon, but they are available from other sources.  My drawer with the Altenew inks has room for 28 cubes in it and with room to remove them (I have some pushed back so you can see there is room).  It is about 10 1/2 inches wide, 7 inches wide and 6 inches high.  Always trying to find a better way to store my supplies so thought I would share this.

Looking Back

It is always fun to look back and see what you may have been doing in your crafting.  This card was one I posted April 2nd six years ago.  My first blog post was April 2010.  I am hoping to get back to more frequent posts in the near future.

The Tags continue

This was another tag I recently created using Sweet & Sassy and Tim Holtz Stamps.  The background used Tim Holtz mini stencils.  Tom Bow markers were used to color along with Distress inks.  Hope you enjoy.

Tags as Cards

Tags as Cards was a class I recently hosted at Fond Memories.  This is one of the tags we made.

Tim Holtz thinlet tag dies by Sizzix were used to make all of our tags.  The stencil is a Tim Holtz mini and the stamp is from the wildflower set.  The inks used were Peacock feathers and Vintage photo.  The ribbon was colored with the Peacock feathers.  Hope you enjoy.

Tim Holtz Village inspiration

I am having fun creating pieces using the Tim Holtz Sizzix dies.  This was one of my first creations.  More to come and a class at Fond Memories down the line.  Hope you enjoy

Tag with Embossing paste

This tag was colored with Fossilized Amber distress stain.  This was followed with embossing paste colored with the same stain and a mini stencil #1.  Faded Jeans distress ink and mini stencil #2 dots was added.  Images were stamped or added with stencil to embellish the tag.  Gear added some dimension.  The words are from Waffle Flower.  Hope you enjoy.

Frame card

Another card for the Everything Tim class.  This card uses the Tim Holtz Cabinet frames, Punch, words die, stencil and pine come embellishments.  Distress stain was used on the frame.  The snowflakes and words were added with embossing paste.  The background trees are a stencil created with tumbled glass distress stain.  These were left in place and the tree added with Forest Moss.  The ribbon was colored with Fossilized amber. The word birthday was stamped using a word set from Tim Holtz stamps.  Hope you enjoy
