One of the most rewarding things is to share with others the works you have done.

snowflake and holly
Snowflake and Holly is by Penny Black. This card was stamped on Neenah cardstock with Memento black ink. Two shades of green copic markers and a dark red were used to color it. A Perfect Pearl water was misted at the end. The paper was distressed with Antique Linen and a distress tool used on the edges. A twine ribbon with a pearl colored red was placed on the snowflake that was highlighted with Clear Star gelly roll pen. This was all mounted on burgandy Bazzill paper. A very simple card. Hope you enjoy

Holly Background
This simple card was made for Fond Memories using the new Hero Arts/Sizzix Holly Background set. I stamped the image with Adirondack '"Meadow". The next step is to line up the stamped image with the Sizzix folder to emboss. I used Perfect Pearls mixed with water to spritz the whole card for a little shimmer. I added a simple sentiment cut with a Spellbinder die and tied with a bow using a May Arts Ribbon. Hope you enjoy

Happy Birthday
A simple card made with a stamp from Heartfelt Creations that was heat embossed on two colors. I hand cut the petals and then layered them. I got the idea for this card from the Heartfelt Creations website. The background is a Cuttlebug folder while the sentiment is from JustRite. This was made some time ago for Fond Memories. It has been so busy that I have not created anything new this week so thought I would share this. I have been finishing up my cards for the fall Fond Memories workshop. Hope you enjoy.

Nature's Beauty
JustRite is sponsoring a Shabby Chic challenge this week. Not sure that I know 100% what makes that up, but a little lace, some pearls, a bow, pretty paper and a flower may be part of it. I have a 6x6 pad of Basic Grey paper that was used for the base of the card. The sentiment (Nature's Nested Sentiments) was stamped on the DP and distressed with Antique Linen. The pearls are from my stash as well as the flower. The bow is made from May Arts ribbon and the lace is from Maya Road. Add a hat pin and this is my version of Shabby Chic. Hope you enjoy

Sweet Snowman
Outlines Rubber Stamp Co. is hosting a Beautiful Borders Challenge this week. This card was created using Sweet Snowman by Outlines Rubber Stamp co. and Spellbinders Edgeabilities. The stamped image was colored with Copic Markers and the paper is from Cosmo Cricket. I added a bow using my Bow Easy and put a snowflake with a gem in the center. Simple, but a start on my holiday cards. Hope you enjoy.
