Christmas in July seems to be very popular this week. A new stamp in my collection is from Northwoods and the focus of my Shabby Tea room Week #18 "Christmas in July" card. You may see a lot of Christmas cards in the next few weeks as I get a good start on the holiday card creating. I started by stamping with Memento Black and colored using Copic Markers. I wanted to highlight the snow so I used a glue pen and applied Sparklyfluff "Sugar" by Our Craft Lounge. To make the card I embossed my white with the Cuttlebug snowflake folder. I used the snowflake paper and My Mind's Eye -The merry days of Christmas "all Aglow" paper mounted on red from Paper Cuts. The red is the same paper that I mounted my stamped image on. Oh I used the largest Spellbinder Octagon to cut the image so in order to get the red border I used an exacto knife and hand cut it. The bow is from a crinkle white ribbon that I had.
