Mimi's Heart
Mojo Monday 171. For Christmas this year I received the Copic Airbrush system which I used for the background on the stamped image. The little girl is Mimi's Heart from Penny Black and the sentiment is from a set by Our Craft Lounge. Copic Markers were used to color the image which is mounted on paper from My Mind's Eye (Lost and Found). Spellbinder dies were used as well. I used both sides of the paper and followed a sketch from Mojo Monday for the layout. Hope You Enjoy.

Blessed
This stamp set is the Elegant Autumn Swirl Leaves by Heartfelt Creations. Kathy at Fond Memories in Walnut Grove was the inspiration for the design. The leaves were stamped and embossed in white on Kraft paper. The flowers are from a set called Posy Patch by Heartfelt with a clear gem in the center. You could use flower gems to make the process go faster as I hand cut each of these. I colored the flowers with Copic markers BV000 and BV00. The sentiment is stamped in black. I mounted the card on white. Hope you enjoy

Ellie Time
Time to switch gears and think of different types of cards to make. So here goes with a very simple little Valentine card. The stamp set is Ellie Time from JustRite while the paper is from My Minds Eye. I had tried a background using my new Copic ABS with the elephant but it didn't work out the way I wanted so this is what I ended up with. I colored the elephant and mouse with Copic Markers. The elephant was cut out and placed on the CS. His vest was highlighted with a glitter pen. The hearts are from Hero Arts and the ribbon is from May Arts. A Spellbinder oval was used with the mouse stamp and Distress Antique Linen finished off the image. Hope you enjoy.

Warm Cocoa Greeting
Using the Hero Arts Cozy Moments stamp set I made this little box to hold a packet or two of cocoa. A Spellbinders die was used to frame the cup. I used my scor pal (edit: think it was at 4.5, 1.5, 4.5 and what is left is the flap on a 12 inch paper--width is your choice). Cut a strip of paper to go around again using the scor pal to make a sharp corner, put some cocoa in, seal it and a cute gift is made. This can be made or any time. I colored the image with Copic markers and used distress ink on it too.

Candy Cane and Mittens
Using the Spellbinder mitten die and again using the My Minds Eye paper I decided to try sewing two pieces together to create a mitten. I added glitter paper for the cuff from American Craft and a gem from Hero Arts. A piece of ribbon to make a tie and two little candy canes and I was done. Hope you enjoy and a Happy Holiday

The paper is from My Minds Eye (if you notice I kind of used this on several cards posted here). The sentiment is from JustRite using one of their new Spellbinder dies to make the tag. The paper was cut using the Grand Calibur and the nesties that go with it. Hope you enjoy. Happy Holiday

Winter day in the country
This winter day in the country is made for a December birthday. I decided to add a little flower soft to the card since the snow is falling and blowing in Minnesota. The stamp set is by JustRite and the paper by My Minds Eye. Copic markers were used to color the image which was cut using Spellbinder oval dies. A few gems were added and the card is now complete to give to my son-in-law for his birthday. Very simple--just what he likes. Hope you enjoy

Sparky the Snowman
One of these times I will have all the cards I need for the holiday, but until then I will continue to share one here and there. Sparky the Snowman is from JustRite. Isn't he so cute. He was colored with Copic Markers and accented with Flower Soft and distressed with Antique Linen. The paper used is from Girls Paperie. The sentiment from the same set was cut with one of the new Spellbinder dies created for JustRite. Some twine, a button, a snowflake gem and oh a couple of pearls finish of this card. Hope you enjoy.

Season's Greeting
Seasons Greeting to all. This was a fun card to design. I started with a red from Bazzill that was embossed with a Cuttlebug snowflake folder and then sprayed with Pearl Glimmer Mist. I then used a Spellbinder ornament die to cut the red. I mounted this on a silver glitter pailette from American Crafts. An embellishment from Girls Paperie finished off the ornament. The main paper is Wintertime "Snow" by Bella Road. Season's Greeting is from JustRite. A small ribbon was placed on the ornament and a red ribbon bow finished off the card. Hope you enjoy.

Mojo Monday 168 Challenge
It has been a while since I did a Mojo Monday (168) challenge. For this card I started with My Minds Eye "Holly Jolly" paper. In my stamps I found this Santa from Artistic Outpost. His hat, face, bag and coat were colored with Copic Markers and then everything was distressed with Antique Linen. I added a ribbon and the snow globe from TPC studio "Christmas Village". I decided to make my bow using the Bow Easy and added gems from Hero Arts. Hope you Enjoy.

Warmth and Love at Christmas
I am having fun sharing my Christmas cards with you. This again is a very simple one. I used a Spellbinder 16 label to cut a Christmas Nested Sentiment by JustRite. Distress Antique Linen was added and this was mounted on red. The paper is Wintertime "snow" by Bella Road. The silver embellishment was added using my iTool. A Martha Stewart punch created the lattice border and a silver grey bow was added. Hope you enjoy my very simple card.
